Financial Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best dental care possible. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless definite arrangements are made ahead of time. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or CareCredit (www.carecredit.com).

Payment Options

-Payment in full as treatment is rendered.

-For multiple visits, payment of one-half at the start of treatment and one-half at the completion of treatment.

-On larger treatment plans over $700.00:

-8% bookkeeping courtesy if paid in full by cash or check prior to the first appointment.

-6% bookkeeping courtesy if using credit card prior to first appointment.

-Extended payments are available if desired. They are handled outside the office through CareCredit. If interested, please ask for details. You can also get more information about CareCredit from their website: www.carecredit.com.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
